How FV Insulation handles information you share when requesting a quote or consultation.
Information you provide
Our inquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, location, project type, and insulation needs. Please share only information needed to discuss your project.
How it is used
FV Insulation uses inquiries to respond, discuss estimates, and arrange consultations. Submission does not book an appointment. On a deployed site, Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions, including spam filtering. Form notifications are configured through Netlify separately from our email forwarding.
Other services
The Contact page includes a Google Maps embed, which connects to Google when loaded. Social and review links open third-party services with their own privacy practices. This site does not include analytics or advertising tracking. Hosting and embedded services may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details.
Google Maps reviews and terms of use
Customer reviews may be retrieved from Google Maps through the Google Places API. Review text, ratings, author names, and available profile photos are supplied by Google. Your use of Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service. Google processes information according to its Privacy Policy. When reviewer photos load, your browser connects to Google image services. Reviews are selected by Google for relevance; the website displays up to five reviews.
Local previews
Forms on localhost are simulated and do not send your inquiry to FV Insulation or Netlify Forms.
Questions and requests
Contact info@fvinsulation.com or call (832) 640-8241 to ask about information you submitted, including access or deletion requests. Information is kept as needed to respond and manage the customer relationship; retention settings must be confirmed before launch.
